Building Relationships Beyond Business Brings Them Back Again
This is an overdue testimonial, because when we bought our first house with Jim back to 2002, this website hadn’t existed yet, otherwise I would have written this long long time ago.
Buying a house can be very challenging, especially to the first-time buyers. Fortunately, a friend recommended Jim to us. Since then, he was like a mentor to educate, guide and help us every step of the way till we found our dream house. We were always amazed by his knowledge and professionalism about real estate business, such as build quality, materials, designs, builder’s reputation and history, etc.
He is also very honest. He was never hesitant to point out the cons of a particular house only because we loved it. He never gave us any pressure to make final decision, instead, he always encouraged us to take more time and see more houses before signing a purchase agreement.
When it came the time to file an offer, he did indeed bear his customer’s interest in his heart and the price he negotiated for us was even better than we expected.
Oh, did I mention he is also a fun guy? Shopping a house with him was always full of fun.
Moreover, his service never ended after closing. During the past 8 years, whenever we had questions about our house or needed maintenance or repair service, he was always available to offer advices and helped us to find the right person to do the right service for the right price. He was like a lifesaver to us in the matter of house. And he did all this for free! He builds relationships with his customers beyond business.
So, when it came the time for us to purchase our second house in 2010, we didn’t hesitate a millisecond to use his great service again. At the same time, he was also the listing agent for our old house. With his professional advices and consultations, we sold the old home even before we officially listed it! The quick sale of our first house proves his vision and insight about the location and value of that house when we purchased it. As he said, he would NOT allow himself to see his customer purchasing a house with potential resale problems without saying a word.
All in all, we highly recommend Jim without any reservations.
