60 Showings in 15 Months - No Problem!
My husband and I purchased our home in Carmel two months ago. We worked with Jim long distance from Northwest Indiana. Moving, especially relocating is a stressful process. Jim’s knowledge and experience made the process so much easier for us. He not only helped us to buy our home here, but worked with us through the frustrating ordeal of selling our home in NW Indiana with helpful selling ideas and heartfelt encouragement during the real estate downturn.
Jim went to over 60 showings with us in the fifteen months it took to sell our home – and never complained once! He would give us an honest assessment of each city and suburb of Indianapolis that we visited.
As we sifted through each area to see for ourselves, we found that Jim was always right. He based his assessments as he felt it pertained to us; our current lifestyle and our future lifestyle, and then tried to guide us in the right direction.
And guide us he did, but there was never any pressure. In fact, he encouraged us to rent for a while and take our time to find just the right home. He discouraged us from buying our new home because he feared we had not put enough thought into it.
We have been living in our house for two months and working hard at making it a warm and beautiful home, again with the help of Jim. We still talk regularly and I still pick his brain for reliable repairmen, contractors, landscapers, painters – the list goes on and on, and he’s still there for us.
I am trying to keep this as brief as possible, but it is quite difficult to briefly describe the wonderful experience we had with Jim Cadwalader as our realtor. Let me say that Jim is no longer our realtor but our friend. I suspect that anyone that experiences Jim as their realtor will inevitably end up his friend if for no other reason but to meet his wonderful wife, Sandy and become friends with her also – just a little joke for Sandy C.
Jim is there for you after the deal is done, after he’s been paid and has nothing left to gain but a friend for life.
Sincerely,
Nanette and John
