My husband David and I are native New Yorkers. We first met Jim at a seminar for first-time home buyers. At the time, I was wrapping up my law school education, my husband was working towards his undergraduate degree, and we had our heart set on purchasing a starter home in Hamilton County.

After having met Jim, we knew he was the right man for the job. He spent a great deal of time walking us through the process of home buying. His knowledge of the area, professionalism, and knowledge of the real estate market was top notch.

Jim's friendly demeanor and his much appreciated advice made him a pleasure to deal with. He helped us find our perfect starter home.

Three years and one dog later, our careers took us to Florida. We were faced with selling our home during the worst real estate downturn in recent history. Again, we turned to Jim, who lived up to our expectations and found us a buyer!

Jim also has a lot of professional contacts, including inspectors, contractors, and mortgage lenders. His son Cy, a great plumber, even came to our rescue when our garbage disposal broke a week before our closing.

Fast forward to 2011 and we were back in Fishers. This time with two dogs and a one-year old in tow. We were ready to purchase our family home. Yet again, Jim was there for us 100 percent and didn't let us down. Jim showed us countless homes in many different subdivisions, and even went to some new construction developments with us.

He helped us find our dream home in a great family-friendly neighborhood with good schools.

Meghan's mom is next on Jim's list, as he will be helping her look for a condo in Fishers next year.
